Welcome to Napoli. Funded by Greeks with the name of Partenope 2500 years ago. Then conquered by Romans and renamed Neapolis in 300 b.C., the city is one of the oldest continuously inhabited urban areas in the world, lying in the bay of dominated by Vesuvius volcano, and surrounded by its pearl islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.

Welcome to the Federico II University of Naples, funded in 1224 by Frederick II, Holy Roman Emperor, as the first public secular university in the world, at the time when Napoli was the Capital of the Kingdom of Sicily .

Welcome to the city home of the football club that won the championship this year. SSC Napoli is the club where Maradona played and won in the eighties, and winning ag4in in our times, after so many years, it’s a big deal for all neapolitans, not only football supporters.

Welcome to DSN 2025, the 55th edition of the premier conference on Dependable Systems and Networks. It is an honor for us to host the conference in Napoli for the first time in his history, coming back in Italy after 21 years. The program this year is particularly rich. We did our best to make your experience memorable, while enjoying the many sessions and networking opportunities available. We truly hope you will find the time to also experience the vibrant culture and the mix of historical and contemporary character of Napoli, including its famous food, charming narrow streets, unique sea-side sightseeing, and welcoming people.
